March Product Updates

Our team is working consistently to build features and improvements across our platform that provide value to our customers. These include new ways to understand performance, control campaigns – and as always, intelligent automation that drives results.
Here’s what the team released in March:
New Quartile Portal User Interface
This month we released our brand-new user interface (UI) for the Quartile Portal.
Our new UI makes it easier than ever to understand performance, find the most important insights for your business, and cut through the noisy world of ecommerce.
While this release doesn’t directly impact your performance, nor user journey, this facelift serves as an integral first step towards a cleaner, more modern Portal that matches the growth of Quartile.
We’re already hearing great feedback from customers who love the simpler and more streamlined interface. This release also included highly requested features including customizable, filterable tables and forecast reports – giving you that much more control over your user experience.

Improved Control for Amazon Portfolios
Amazon Portfolios are a great way to organize and group multiple Amazon advertising campaigns. By grouping campaigns by brands, product lines, seasons, or even goals—you can set a total budget across all campaigns in that portfolio.
Our newest features enable that much more control over Amazon Portfolios:
Max Bid and Min Bid Controls for Portfolios
With this release, you’re now able to set the maximum bid and minimum bid for campaigns in a portfolio. Once set, bids will cap for all campaigns in that portfolio – making portfolios that much more useful.
Stop Placement Managment for Portfolios
You’re now able to set a “Stop Placement Management” flag for all campaigns with a portfolio. When this flag is set, we will no longer manage the placement bid adjustments for the portfolio flagged.
Note: On the first time our system runs after the enablement of this flag, all the placements of the campaigns withing the portfolio are set to zero. Following that adjustment, our system will no longer touch those campaigns.
Combining Max/Min Bid Caps with Stop Placement Managment
Note that when you set a max/min bid for a portfolio, those are capped at your set value, but CPC may be higher due to the placement effect.
To ensure the CPC is also capped at that value, make sure to enable the “Stop Placement Management” flag for that portfolio.
Automated Keyword & Item Promotion for Walmart Connect
Increasing brand relevance and finding new campaign opportunities is a time-consuming process. It involves considerable research, in-depth performance analysis across all items and keywords, and when done manually – takes time away from more valuable work.
Now, the Quartile Platform uses data directly from Walmart to automatically create new campaigns from high-performing search terms and products to improve your account performance and brand awareness.
By automatically promoting these keywords and products based on data-backed identification of opportunities, we’re able outpace your competition – and free more time for strategy discussion.
While this feature has been a hallmark of our Amazon Ads offering, we’re excited to bring this same level of intelligence to Walmart Connect.
